The Breief
The client envisioned a tranquil villa perched by the sea—an escape from the bustle of city life. Their goal was to create a home that embraced the natural beauty of the Aegean while offering modern comforts and understated luxury. The design needed to feel harmonious with the surrounding landscape yet refined enough to reflect a timeless, international sensibility.
Scope of Work
Arrus approached the Seaside Retreat Villa by blending architecture with nature, ensuring that every space celebrated its coastal setting. The interior planning emphasized openness, with large windows and sliding doors that dissolve the boundary between indoors and outdoors. A calming palette of whites, sand tones, and soft blues reflected the Mediterranean light, while natural stone and handcrafted wood elements grounded the design with local authenticity. Furniture was custom-designed to balance elegance with comfort, and outdoor living areas were styled as an extension of the interior, complete with shaded terraces, infinity-edge poolside seating, and curated accents that enhanced the villa’s serene atmosphere.
