The Breief
The client envisioned a penthouse that balanced luxury with livability—a sanctuary above the city where refined interiors meet panoramic skyline views. They sought a timeless design that would feel equally sophisticated for entertaining and serene for private living.
Scope of Work
Arrus approached the Penthouse Horizon project with a comprehensive design strategy that encompassed every aspect of the interior environment. The team carefully planned the spatial layout to maximize both function and flow, creating distinct zones for living, entertaining, and retreat without disrupting the open feel of the penthouse. Special attention was given to the selection of materials, ensuring a palette of natural stone, warm wood, and soft fabrics that complemented the abundant natural light. Furniture was custom-designed and paired with curated pieces to reflect both elegance and comfort, while subtle technological integrations ensured modern convenience without overshadowing the refined aesthetic. The final styling, including art and accessories, was thoughtfully curated to enhance the architectural language and frame the breathtaking views of the New York skyline.
